Genevieve Amador

Counselor/Social Worker, LMSW

Comfort in knowing that we receive support when facing challenges in our lives is a leap of courage in addressing the issues, needs and desired goals you'd like to overcome. There are many stigmas, unrealistic expectations and past history experiences that foster the anxiety, shame, discomfort, self-blame, or whatever negative feelings that you may be experiencing that we can work on addressing together. Time with me will be fostered in a caring manner with honesty, respect, dignity and integrity.

I have many years of assessing families and individuals throughout various challenges of one's life that provides me with the expertise to assist you and/or your loved one(s) in building your own treatment plan with a respectful foundation of self-kindness, motivation and strength building.

Life is complicated and sometimes we are not always provided the tools to unravel the crosswires of our life as we need support and guidance in unraveling them. Being empathic and providing active listening is vital in feeling that there is a safe space to share, express and release aspects of your feelings and thoughts of your life for change and growth.
